First year salary range is $42,500 - $50,000 with an opportunity to make an additional $8,000 - $10,000 in commission.
Salary: $42500.00 - $52000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Use exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients.
- Follow-up on leads generated from warm leads, referrals, networking, and other lead sources.
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, warm leads, internet leads, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments.
- Implement win-back strategies to re-engage with lapsed clients, demonstrating the value of our agency.
- Maintaining minimum expected results.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience is required (business to business sales, car sales, mortgage lenders, real estate)
- Ambitious self-starter who can work independently and is looking for an opportunity to be paid based on your professional success.
- No previous insurance experience is required! A license is not required to apply. We will pay 100% for licensing. Previous Insurance experience is a BONUS.
- Act as a dedicated team player, fostering collaboration and supporting colleagues in delivering excellent service to clients.
- Set and work towards performance goals to meet or exceed targets, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, both with clients and team members, to provide clear, concise, and informative responses.
