SalaryWildes & Weinberg is seeking a Business Immigration Paralegal to join our Business & Employment Immigration (O Visa) Team representing multinational corporate clients and individuals.
The candidate will support Partners and Senior Associates in a wide array of immigration processes across various business case types, with a focus on O-1 visas. The candidate will also be expected to prepare petitions for filing and assist with consular appointment scheduling, as needed. Must have experience in the immigration field, particularly with O-1 visas, as well as a strong academic record and the ability to work well with a team.
Requirements include:
- Experience in Business Immigration law, particularly with O-1 visas;
- Good understanding of employment-based immigrant petitions;
- Very strong attention to detail; and
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Work location will be our Aventura (South Florida) office.
The position would be full-time. Pay is commensurate with experience.
