As a Business Immigration Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in assisting our attorneys with various tasks related to immigration law. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational and administrative skills, as well as a passion for the legal field.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional proficiency in English writing.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in employment-based immigration.
• Genuine passion for immigration law and a sincere desire to assist clients with employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; mastery of English grammar is essential.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, along with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume law firm environment.
• Ability to independently handle daily tasks, demonstrating proactive initiative with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Consistent ability to contribute positively to a collaborative work environment.

Skills:

• Regularly engage with corporate clients and international individuals
• Thoroughly draft cases, legal strategies, and accompanying letters
• Attain an expert comprehension of client cases
• Coordinate projects, meet deadlines, and draft/review documents
• Communicate legal concepts effectively to clients
• Keep abreast of legislative changes impacting immigration
• Craft solutions to intricate legal inquiries
• Conduct training sessions for clients on legal matters and immigration updates
• Prepare petitions and applications for submission to DOL and USCIS for foreign national employees' non-immigrant and immigrant status

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or related field preferred
- 20 years of experience working as an Immigration Paralegal or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
