As a Business Immigration Legal Assistant at Vasquez Law Firm, you will play a crucial role in assisting our attorneys in the preparation and filing of various Business Immigration cases. Your expertise in H-2B visas, PERM labor certifications, NIW visas, TN visas, and software proficiency will be essential in ensuring the success of clients' immigration processes. Compensation:$35,000 - $42,000
Responsibilities:- Assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions, applications, and related documentation.
- Conduct research and gather information for immigration cases.
- Communicate with clients to collect necessary information and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Utilize software such as Excel, Camp Legal, and Clio for case management and data analysis.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed.
- Previous experience in Business Immigration law, with a strong focus on H-2B visas, PERM labor certifications, NIW visas, and TN visas.
- Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in software applications, including Excel, Camp Legal, and Clio.
