Do YOU Possess These Skills and Attributes?
- Must have knowledge of basic principles and practices of accounting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn new concepts
- Self-starter and capable of working independently
- Superior written, interpersonal and communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?
- Prepare Journal Entries and assist in month end close process, including account reconciliations
- Assist on ERP implementation providing support for data analysis and review
- Assist with financial statement audits & year end close including equipment testing
- Complete research projects & data analysis
- Work on building and documenting RPA processes (robotic process automation)
- Ad hoc requests and research as needed
- Administrative support: Scanning, filing, and distributing mail
Do YOU Meet These Requirements?
- Must be currently enrolled at time of internship in an undergraduate or graduate program
- Must be local to Pittston, PA for onsite work
- Ability to work 24 hours per week
- A preferred minimum GPA of 3.2
