- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role within healthcare/ABA/pharmaceutical
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis or willingness to learn
- Understanding of healthcare networks and insurance providers
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques including cold calls
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Track record of exceeding quotas
- Understanding of performance metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a disciplined self-starter, with strong organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent Computer skills (highly proficient with MS Excel for analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Extensive travel required
- Establish relationships and build partnerships within the autism community in several states (GA, IN, NC, NE, OK and UT)
- Develop and implement strategies to build relationships with key regional stakeholders such as pediatricians, psychologists, parent networks, autism organizations, local school districts, social networks, daycare facilities etc
- Create local awareness of Above and Beyond Therapy's services and work with regional stakeholders to become a trusted partner for ABA services in the autism community
- Monitor incoming referrals and respond in a timely manner
- Help design and execute marketing initiatives – including plan and orchestrate Above and Beyond Therapy events, participate in community events and develop local partnerships to build our relationships in the communities
- Act as a liaison between external business relationships and the Above and Beyond Therapy team. Provide regular updates to senior management on pipelines, forecasts and insights
- Keep abreast of industry landscape and changes as it relates to Above and Beyond Therapy
- Adhere to federal HIPAA regulations, as well as any company policies & procedures

- Ability to travel 60%-70% of the time to our service areas. Our service areas include: GA, IN, NC, NE, OK and UT. Travel to our regions 3 weeks out of the month. During travel weeks, travel 3 days each week/in office 1-2 days. In Office during non travel weeks.
