Tiello has partnered with a highly reputable Commercial General Contractor Company in the Greater Boston Area on their search for a Business Development Representative. We seek a motivated and collaborative individual to spearhead the expansion of their building services division. As an integral part of the team, you will report directly to division leaders, contributing significantly to the company's growth strategy.
Job Title: Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain connections with potential clients.
- Employ diverse approaches like networking, phone calls, emails, and social media to engage potential clients.
- Introduce company to prospects, grasp their needs, and offer customized services.
- Tailor service solutions to address individual client needs and boost satisfaction.
- Proactively pursue new business prospects and coordinate meetings between clients and account executives.
- Efficiently handle client communications and contacts with CRM tools.
- Engage in industry gatherings and events to broaden networks and remain informed about market developments.
- Assess leads generated from marketing initiatives to pinpoint promising sales prospects.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated track record in Business Development or Sales, ideally with a General Contractor (GC) or within a construction company.
- Proficiency with Nutshell CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of SAGE Contract Management software is advantageous.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Capacity to work autonomously, delivering results with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management and organizational proficiencies.
- Skill in recognizing and formulating successful sales strategies.
