Job description

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The BDR will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging net new leads to expand our customer base. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, making a significant contribution to the growth and success of the organization. This is a hybrid role - we're building out a BDR team and you'll work alongside your teammates in a downtown Boston office space up to 3 times a week.

What You'll Do
    • Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new leads & trials through outbound sales methodologies, utilizing a variety of channels, tools, and strategies to drive business opportunities
    • Independently research and engage potential clients, demonstrating a strong understanding of Zenhub's product offerings and effectively communicating their value to prospects
    • Embrace a continuous learning mindset, actively seeking to improve and refine sales tactics based on feedback, market trends, and evolving best practices
    • Navigate a dynamic startup environment, contributing to the creation and enhancement of sales processes while adapting to changing priorities and requirements
    • Collaborate closely with the Revenue and Marketing teams, sharing insights and findings to optimize lead generation strategies and contribute to the overall success of the organization
    • Work with Account Executives to build a targeted outreach processes with a focus on ABM strategy
    • Outbound lead generation and qualification through calls and emailing
Who You Are
    • Familiarity with outbound lead generation, preferably in a SaaS or technology-related field, with a successful track record in lead generation or sales development
    • Hunter mentality, with a competitive/persistent spirit who is coachable and trusts in the process
    • Comfortable discussing and selling a technology product, demonstrating an understanding of SaaS solutions, software development, and project management concepts
    • Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and ability to thrive in a self-driven environment, achieving and exceeding set targets and goals
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade potential clients
    • Excited to win!
