Position Summary:A Business Development Representative will serve as the first point of contact for all new potential partners and the goal of this role will be to discover, identify and materialize new business opportunities for our CSE and SSE professionals to close business, generate revenue and create new business relationships.

· Engage potential clients in the Channel through professional communication.
· Scrub and input leads from marketing efforts and events in tracking software.
· Maintain cleanliness of HS database to ensure accuracy of available prospects.
· Obtain prospective client information and document everything in CRM.
· Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and create appropriate follow-up activities based on findings.
· Coordinate with Channel Sales Executive to provide exemplary service to Potential Partners.
· Engage MSPs in pre-sales environment to qualify and scheduled call with CSE and SSE.
· Communicate potential partners’ concerns or issues to Sales Management in a timely manner.
· Get familiar with our offerings to communicate features and benefits of our products and service effectively.
· With the assistance of CSE, create emails and voicemail scripts to use in follow up efforts.
· Maintain knowledge of competitor products and be able to articulate our competitive position in the channel.
· Manage website chat bot within operating hours to answer questions from potential and existing partners.
· Participate in call tree when Sales is unavailable for inbound calls.
· Proactively seek new business opportunities via LinkedIn (other social media platforms TBD).
· Track scheduled appointments and meet with Sales Manager weekly to review appointments.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability: Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Write simple correspondence. Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees.
Mathematical Ability: Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Compute rate, ratio and percent, and draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability: Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
