Job Description
NOW CFO is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our dynamic and diverse team in Oklahoma City. You will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying them, and setting up meetings with potential clients. You will also plan and organize various events, such as webinars, workshops, networking sessions, and trade shows, to showcase our products and services and attract new customers.
$65,000 - $75,000 base salary + commission + great benefits/401k
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. You should also be creative, proactive, and results-oriented. You should have previous experience in sales, marketing, or Business Development, preferably in a B2B environment. You should also be familiar with CRM software and social media platforms.
As a Business Development Representative, you will:
- Research and identify new markets and customer needs
- Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media
- Present our company and products/services in a professional and engaging manner
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or calls with decision-makers
- Plan and execute events, such as webinars, workshops, networking sessions, and trade shows, to promote our brand and generate leads
- Follow up with attendees and prospects and provide feedback to the sales team
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective strategies and campaigns
- Track and report on your performance and progress using CRM software and other tools
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitors’ activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls, emails, and social selling
- Track record of achieving sales quotas and KPIs
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
- Familiarity with social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and passion for sales and marketing
- Willingness to travel and attend events as needed
