Job description

Are you passionate about driving business growth and establishing strong relationships? We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team in Maui and/or Oahu. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and expanding our presence in the HVAC market across Maui and Oahu. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of an established and proven but growing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HVAC sector across Maui and Oahu.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with property managers, contractors and business owners to promote our products and services.
  • Collaboratewith management to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Buildand maintain a robust pipeline of potential projects and clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and generate leads.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including installation and service, to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in Business Development, preferably in the HVAC industry or related field.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and services, including installation, maintenance, and repair is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach to Business Development.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Knowledge of Hawaii's hospitality, real estate and construction industries is a plus.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
