Seek and develop new business opportunities that drive profitable growth by increasing our market
penetration of carbonless, application tape and wide format specialty products. Effectively execute key business initiatives to enable opportunities for our distribution partners and printers to grow with our products, while maximizing Nekoosa profitability and providing unsurpassed value and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve annual growth TPM plan by delivering year over year organic growth by selling wide format specialty and core products through existing distribution partners, as well as developing new distribution partnerships and printer relationships.
- Focused growth on Wide Format and Specialty products (80% of time)
- Manage our core products and partner relationships (20% of time)
- Create an opportunity pipeline that will deliver new business meeting our goal for organic growth.
- Execute new product launches to partners and into the market. Meet sales quotas.
- Deliver 15%+ YOY growth on Wide Format and specialty product portfolios through distribution optimization, private label branding, market blitz’s and execution of territory strategic growth planning
Essential Job Functions
- Minimum of 5 years of Wide Format and Specialty products experience required.

- Strong Computer skills – (Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, PPT and HubSpot)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Provide market insight and forecasts for the annual budget process.
- Submit quarterly sales updates to each one of your accounts that highlights sales trends,
opportunities and progress towards annual growth.
- Provide world-class service and support by responding respectively and promptly to all requests.
- Manage and achieve your annual expense budget.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work within a team setting with an ability to meet the normal challenges of the day.

Salary Range: $100K-$120K
Bonus: up to 40% of salary
Reports to Director of Sales
