BroadPharm is a fast-growing biotech company in San Diego, specializing in manufacturing and supplying high purity PEG linkers, bioconjugation reagents, nanoparticle lipid components, and customer services worldwide. We are looking for a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Associate to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have solid communication skills to build the relationship with customers.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers and potential new customers.
- Understanding customers’ individual needs and addressing their needs.
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by our team.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently when needed.
- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
- Keeping customers updates on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Meeting with company managers to plan strategically.
- Knowing company’s competition and strategizing accordingly to develop high level of collaboration with clients.
- Implementing customer analysis to identify trends and opportunities to generate revenue.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- BS or Master Degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry is required, previous experience in biotech preferred
- Proven work experience in a sales or marketing position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and/ or Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Ability to work independently
Salary range: 75K – 100K (probation period)
Commission-based pay can be considered after probation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
