Qualified Staffing has immediate openings for Business Development Managers (BDM’s). The Business Development Managers are responsible for promoting, selling, and generating accounts. You will have the responsibility of representing Qualified Staffing to the world.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
Responsibilities:
- Communicating company values and updating clients on any new products, programs, or marketing initiatives
- Consistently achieving monthly or quarterly targets
- Proactively maintaining communication channels with clients via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings
- Guiding new clients to help them understand our company products, programs, and services
- Acting as the primary point of contact if clients have any issues and helping them work through problems
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience sales in staffing industry, or related work experience
- Natural ability to lead a work team to develop a sales plan to generate new business, provide operational execution, and identify networking activities to keep a sales pipeline filled.
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
