Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated territory.
- Utilize various channels and strategies to generate high-quality leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition.
Deal Closing:
- Drive the sales process from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by converting leads into satisfied, long-term clients.
Territory Management:
- Take ownership of the Georgia territory, strategically mapping out potential clients and ensuring comprehensive coverage.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in B2B Sales Technology, MSP, Staffing, Professional Services.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for success and financial rewards.
- Highly organized, punctual, and dedicated to achieving targets.
