Why this is your dream job:

As aBusiness Development Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Business Development team by managing various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless communication between team members, and optimizing operational processes. 

  • Coordination of various Business Development projects (Last Call, Black Friday, Sumo Day, etc.) and facilitating communication between BD and Marketing and Operations Teams 
  • Maintaining relationships with AppSumo's Partners pre, during, and post-launch 
  • Owning the deal-exit calendar and notifying relevant stakeholders on important dates and timelines
  • Monitoring HubSpot and ensuring accuracy in deal stages and final revenue numbers, and providing weekly updates on deal performance
  • Assisting in partnership proposal creation 
  • Measuring project success and improving processes for future initiatives
Past experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Business Development, partnership management, or project coordination role 
  • Understanding and familiarity with sales departments, processes, and campaigns
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • The ability to adapt and be flexible when project parameters change
  • Analytical mindset to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Experience in HubSpot is highly preferred
