BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
At Vitalyc Medspa we know that the key to growth is in a high performing sales team. That's why we're seeking a qualified Business Development Coordinator, to identify potential clients who will benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with prospective clients, a Vitalyc Business Development Coordinator will have a strong understanding of the sales process, experience researching leads, creating new relationships, and meeting sales goals.
A successful Business Development Coordinator at Vitalyc has excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a challenging but fun work environment.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Identify, qualify, nurture, and follow up on leads via inbound channels, cold calling, and email outreach
Leverage HubSpot for lead and pipeline management, and sales forecasting
Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
Reach and exceed key performance indicators including response time, calls completed, and qualified leads
Assist in optimizing our current sales approach
Provide feedback to Marketing and Sales teams that will help improve lead generation programs
Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation, build an effective pipeline, and schedule meetings
Extensive use of CRM to maintain accurate activity and account information of all customers and prospects
Market products and services via telephone, email, and other digital channels
Cold-calling prospective clients to gauge interest level
Support Director of Sales Operations and assist with other administrative sales operations projects as assigned
Assists leadership with the development and implementation of sales plans, market opportunities, reporting and special projects
WHAT YOU NEED
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 1 year of of experience working in sales, marketing or related field
Proven sales ability
Must be able to work weekends. (Hours are flexible)
