*Description:*Business Development Administrative Assistant – Part Time Contractor (10-20 hrs/week)This is what you'll do: Work as project manager on various tasks with Business Development and Business Operations teams to update collateral, (spec sheets, proposals, templates), data migration in Sharepoint, as well as communicate action items with Corporate Marketing team.Working with senior team members to identify and manage external facing sales collateral.Preparing and updating proposals and presentations to existing and potential clientsCombining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a wholeCommunicate project status to key stakeholdersUpdating Teams/Sharepoint siteEnsuring excellent customer service with internal and external stakeholders.Developing rapport with key decision makersScheduling and managing virtual and in-person meetingsFree ORCA transportation pass for role!!! EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, maritime, a related field; or a combination of post high school education and related experience equal to five (5) years.EXPERIENCE: 2 - 5 years of related project management experience.
