- Minimum 10+ years of documented Business Development/sales experience REQUIRED in HEALTHCARE STAFFING
- Minimum 5+ years of documented recruiter experience REQUIRED in HEALTHCARE STAFFING
- Full-time position
- Must be tech-savvy and able to learn new software
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Communicate professionally, both written and verbally, with internal and external parties
- Ability to work in a small office environment
- Must maintain a professional appearance
- MUST pass background check and drug screen
Description of Work:
- Expand current business and identify new opportunities within the healthcare staffing marketplace.
- Identify potential in new account areas.
- Initiate sales process by building relationships, qualifying potential, and scheduling appointments.
- Present services to new and existing clients through outbound phone calls, emails, facility visits, and networking activities.
- Develop sales by making the initial presentation, explaining service enhancements and additions, and introducing new services.
- Close sales by overcoming objections and preparing contracts/agreements.
- Build long-lasting successful relationships with industry-leading companies, agencies, and brands by consistently delivering unsurpassed customer service.
- Perform duties of Talent Acquisition Specialist by sourcing and recruiting healthcare professional candidates that meet our client's needs.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, negotiation, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Support management and administrative staff in assigned project-based work.
- Participate in job fairs and off-site events to create contacts and find experienced healthcare candidates as needed.
- Work closely with the client company contact and potential candidates throughout the hiring process – including identifying qualified candidates, initial candidate presentation and resume submittals, coordinating interviews, addressing client or candidate concerns, and presenting and negotiating offers.
- Source and engage prospective candidates using a variety of search methods, including resume databases, networking sites, business networks, referrals, and utilizing proprietary software.
- Serve as a liaison between the client and candidate throughout the offer process.
- Assist in the management of existing accounts.
