Candidate should have overall 12+ year experience.
Supports the Architecture and Engineering teams
Provides advice and support on significant and complex projects company-wide
Understands business requirements and translate the same into user stories for agile development
Facilitates development of cross-functional solutions that combine knowledge of particular business processes and issues, general technological operations, and process facilitation techniques
Keeps the business area informed about upcoming IT changes and new directions
Guides end-users through complex application functionality
Works with end-users to select or create appropriate scenarios to test results and determine whether system changes meet project specifications
Assists Quality Assurance when needed
Ensures IT delivery is managed with transparency and reported back to the business against corresponding metrics
Ensures development and application issues are analyzed and addressed
Identification, communication and drive to resolution of risks and issues impacting business rules, requirements and specifications
Lead and/or assist in scope management of applications
Extensive experience of working in Agile projects
Ability to effectively run Scrum ceremonies
Foster partnerships with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Business and Tech Partner teams
Perform other duties as assigned or required
