Role Description
A minimum of Four (4) years of analysis and lead experience organizing, facilitating, and working with clients configuring solutions to support and manage functional requirements and business rules as needed to build web-based applications and products. They will engage with customers, and internal and external stakeholders throughout the development, testing, and installation processes. Research, evaluate, and recommend solution design approaches. The ideal candidate must possess a strong desire to develop technical and business knowledge relative to the implementation of customer-facing software.
The responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the Business Development team to understand their needs and identify any system solutions and products that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of identified system solutions and products, ensuring they are effectively integrated into business processes without the need for technical development skills.
- Manage projects related to system solutions within Business Development, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget, without requiring technical development expertise.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and facilitate effective communication within the context of system solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation including functional specifications, user stories, test cases, and use cases
- Create visual representations of business processes using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Mural, Miro, and other diagramming tools
- Operate in both Agile and traditional Waterfall environments while actively supporting deliverable creation and delivery
Educational Background and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle
- Knowledge of business analysis principles
- Agile Experience or Agile Certifications
- Experience with web applications and/or SaaS
- Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Project, and all Office tools
