Job Title:Business Analyst with Open Text Documentum

Job Description:

• Expert knowledge of the business requirements process
• Detail-oriented, analytical, good oral and written communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of multiple corresponding Line of Business-related functional areas
• Working knowledge on reporting and manipulation tools, relational databases, including querying
• Ability to create a visual representation of business processes (including business process flow, data flow, functional breakout structures) using various diagram creation tools such as MS Visio
• Strong understanding of the utility industry and multiple functional areas of related Line of Business
• 9 years of job-related experience in information technology
• 3 years of experience working with records information systems
• Strong knowledge of the Application Development Lifecycle (both waterfall and agile)
• Skilled and experienced in leading requirement gathering, business analysis, solution design and testing
• Knowledge of test script creation and defect reporting and tracking systems, such as Quality Center
• Knowledge in concepts of cloud applications and integrations
• Experience working with OpenText Documentum application
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
