Who we are looking for:
First Eagle Alternative Credit is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Infrastructure Technology team in New York or Chicago.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the below and have the following qualifications for this role.
What you will do:

  • The Business Analyst will be involved in numerous projects at the firm that focus on process improvement and automation, which spans across all business units of the firm
  • Key contributor to the implementation of a data warehouse, with a large focus on the reporting needs of the firm
  • Complete business requirement documents for development team to use as instructional guides for development work
  • UAT Testing - complete testing on development items for sign off to move to Production.
  • Most work is centered around process improvement/automation of tasks. This requires a high level of attention to detail, needing to have a full command of the current process for the team to move forward accordingly. Need to feel comfortable asking questions to ensure business analyses are capturing the full scope of the needs.

The qualities you should have:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst at an asset manager or financial institution
  • Ability to work autonomously or in teams with minimal supervision
  • Proven analytical and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments, reprioritizing as needed
  • Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable communicating with co-workers at all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Curious/investigative mindset, willing to dig through complex business processes and needs
  • Willingness to put in extra time to complete deliverables when needed

Base Salary range: $105,000-$130,000. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Compensation may vary based upon, but not limited to - the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
