Form of workResponsibilities:
• Responsible for the creation of Business Analysis artefacts including but not limited to feasibility study, as-is process and to-be mapping and metrics, use case modelling, requirements documentation (Business and Functional), solution validation and traceability matrix.
• Responsible for guiding colleagues by supporting them in understanding the business needs and providing the broader context.
• Engage with stakeholders to build a road map and effectively translate it into delivery backlogs across multiple teams.
• Protect the Delivery team from distractions and ensuring the sprint backlog and cadence is focused solely on product delivery.
• Communicate and collaborate with a diverse group of people, including subject matter experts to challenge, verify requirements and deliver solutions.
• Define measurable objectives and results for the teams, ensuring clarity and alignment towards desired outcomes.
PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Salary Range*: $62-$65 on W2
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
