Business Analyst - I

Summary:
This is a position to join a small team and help operate a business inside of Company that services Restaurants, Hotels and Retail stores. Client provides software and cloud services to help restaurants, hotels and retail stores run their business. We rely on partners to help us and specifically companies that process payments or Company’s Payment Partners.
Responsibilities:

• You'll be supporting the Company’s Payment Partners who work with us to deliver dining, shopping and lodging experiences to a wide range of restaurant, retail and hotel chains in the US and countries around the world.
• You’ll help payment companies become a payment partner and enroll in the Company’s Partner Network. You'll also help the payment partner grow their business with Client by helping them communicate their services to Company’s sales channels.
• You'll help the Company Payment partners pay their royalty fees to Company once a quarter.

Skills:

• You'll need skills in MS PowerPoints, MS Excel, ability to learn and use Company’s Internal Software, and a willingness to work with partners in the US and around the world work with Company.
• MS Excel skills need to be moderate to advanced and should be verified prior to submission.
• This position is largely a customer or partner relationship role.
• Great communication skills and customer service are required.
• Spanish and English skills are preferred. English can be a second language.

Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
