Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst with expertise in Data Governance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing our data management processes, ensuring data quality, and supporting informed decision-making across the organization. As a Business Analyst with Data Governance experience, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their data requirements, assess data quality, and implement effective Data Governance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interviewing business stakeholders to identify data domains, data SME's, data owners, and stewards that exist or discovering the need.
• Documenting interviews, current process/data domains, owners, etc.
• Updating a current Data Governance manager
• Helping Data Governance manager document additional processes/needs or future state process and structure
• Develop and implement Data Governance policies, procedures, and standards.
• Establish and enforce data quality standards to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document data definitions, metadata, and data lineage.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Data Governance processes, standards, and procedures.
• Generate regular reports on data quality metrics and key performance indicators.
