Business Analyst
Duties:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
- Conduct analysis of business processes and systems
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
- Create and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories
- Assist in the development and implementation of new systems or enhancements to existing systems
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during system implementations
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems or processes
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and insights for decision-making
- Use tools such as Visio and analytics software to visualize data and present findings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data
- Proficiency in using analytics software and tools such as Visio
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to vaticinate potential issues or challenges and propose effective solutions
