Title: Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Required skills:

• Ability to consolidate technical inputs and analyses and produce a logically understandable document.
• Strong in document editing, structure, and logic flow for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

• Must understand and perform content management functions such as document organization using SharePoint and other central stores for documentation.
• Superior interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience conducting business analysis and capturing business and technical requirements for IT projects.
• Must be an expert in the Microsoft Office suite of products including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Good command of JIRA and familiarity with Agile Methodology.
• Must be a US Citizen
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust

Professional Skills:

• Leads documentation efforts for the Agile project.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to write precise and detailed acceptance criteria, ensuring that the acceptance criteria are well-defined and aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

• Initiates a review of existing requirements, identifies outdated or incomplete information, and updates them to reflect current business needs, improving the accuracy and relevance of project documentation.
• Works with Client and Stakeholders to capture requirements accurately and ensure acceptance criteria describes the done state.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, including advising and influencing clients regarding process improvement initiatives, and working positively.
