RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Identify and communicate with executive team.
· Gather, review, and analyze business and industry data, including KPI’s, financial reports, and other key metrics.
· Liaise between various business departments and groups.
· Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling.
· Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
· Create business reports that provide insight into key data points.
· Performs other duties as assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.
· Ability to effectively communicate and influence executive management to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions.
· Ability to identify the feasibility of a given business idea.
· Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems.
· Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols.
· Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data and problem solve.
· Familiarity with health practice, hospitality, and construction is beneficial.
· On-site office position in Cape Coral, Florida.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write professional correspondence. Ability to effectively present data at all levels. Excellent phone manner with clear, concise, and professional communication skills.
