Position Summary

The Business Analystwill be responsible for the configuration, testing and release of customizations in the Aetna Health member experience. This will include the addition of content, banners, images and links using Content Management Systems & other homegrown applications. This role requires an analytical and forward-thinking mindset to improve and automate existing tools and processes for our growing customization asks.

• Participate in daily intake & scrum calls
• Maintain assignments on sprint board
• Content authoring in CMS systems
• Support daily regression testing of customizations
• Testing in QA and Production environments
• Production Support & Troubleshooting
• Gather business requirements to support customization tools
• Maintain process documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years as Business Analyst or digital product experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience configuring & testing customizations on digital applications.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Content Author in Contentful.
• Minimum of 1 year experience using Airtable as a homegrown Content Management System.
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
• Proven analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Experience generating process documentation and reports.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time well on tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background working for a healthcare company.
• Experience with Single Sign On technologies.
• Experience with the following Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Airtable, Rally, Confluence, Contentful, AEM.
• Background with Agile and ideally SAFe.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
