Job Description:
- Business Analyst to participate in the analysis and mapping of existing business processes and procedures.
- Inventory and catalog business documentation, process flows and associated attachments.
- Assist with information gathering and documenting of business process controls.
- Facilitate the review, approval and cataloging of business process controls.
- Have the ability to manipulate Microsoft SharePoint Lists for records keeping, metrics and Power BI reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business management, project management or other related fields, and or equivalent work experience
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in documentation management, metrics development and reporting
- Experience with formalized business process development and documentation
- Experience with business process controls (technical and adminstrative)
- Expert-level MS Office skills including SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
- Utility industry experience
