Job Description
Duties:
" Support Provider Operations activities to ensure the accurate, timely, and cost-effective implementation of
new and existing processes and functionality in both the NCTracks system and the new Provider Data
Management/Credentials Verification Organization (PDM/CVO) modules to includes requirements,
Customer service requests, service tickets, file maintenance requests, defects, training, and testing.
" Play an active role partnering with business leaders, teams, and stakeholders to understand and gain in-
depth understanding of critical business requirements.
" Analyze data models to deliver logical conclusions
" Develop innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes
" Liaison between the Business and the technical resources.
" Assist with other projects and activities as needed.
