Your Role:

• As a Business Account Executive, you'll be instrumental in identifying opportunities to deliver much needed talent and forging long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
  
• Act as the liaison between business decision makers and our CEO. 
• Pay for Performance, 1099 compensation – residual income paid for placements throughout the client's life.
  
• There are no quotas, no caps on earnings, no draws, and you can seamlessly integrate this role with your existing commitments.
  
• Enjoy the flexibility of working part-time, full-time, or even as a sideline, all while receiving comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current or former Business Account Professionals, Business Development Executives, B2B Sales reps, Talent Agency Account Reps, and Entrepreneurs.
• 5+ years experience working with decision-makers.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive and results-driven.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
