This position is a key member of our team; they are the liaisons between our participants and our health care team and a vital part of what makes PACE special.

Job Type:

• Regular, full-time

Location:

• Saginaw, Michigan

Reports to:

• Transportation Coordinator

Basic Job Duties:

• Work with frail elderly participants in the PACE Program
• Responsible for the attending appointments with PACE participants;
• Must enjoy working in a fast paced environment, able to multi-task, be flexible, work well on a team, and love working with the elderly.

Requirements:

• Current CPR certification, if needed we will provide.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• working with elderly that have dementia/alzheimer: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
