Advertised Job Summary Provide clerical support and reception desk coverage for Student Account Services. These positions will work in the HEC Building within Enrollment Services Offices. Extensive contact with students, parents, faculty/staff and general public. Requires routine clerical duties, information gathering and receiving from students/staff. Good communication skills and polite respectful attitude a plus. Requires high level of confidentiality and good problem solving skills. High volume, fast paced work area.
Qualifications Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook email, and Internet. Neat appearance & pleasant phone manner is essential. Must be able to use the photocopier, printer, fax machine & other office equipment. Must be able to maintain confidentiality. Must have excellent communication and professional phone skills, and be able to work independently with little supervision to get tasks completed. Sophomore or Junior preferred. Minimum GPA of 2.5 is preferred. Federal work-study preferred. Dependability and flexible schedule is a must.
