Form of workCommunity Bridges is one of the largest providers of substance abuse/behavioral health treatment in Arizona.
We currently have an opening for a Building Services Tech. This position will travel to all CBI Sites in Maricopa County and will be on call.
The Building Services Tech ensures that the assigned facility is maintained in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Arizona Division of Occupational Safety and Health (ADOSH), The American with Disabilities Act (ADA), Arizona Administrative Code (AAC), Arizona Department of Health Services/Department of Behavioral Health Licensure (ADHS/OBHL), the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and Community Bridges Policies and Procedures. This position will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment while performing maintenance duties. Responsibilities will include: maintaining all buildings and grounds under direction of Site Manager, maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, reporting of maintenance problems to Site Manager, painting, maintenance of building's plumbing and electrical systems and maintenance of building parking lots and sidewalks. Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills & Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one year of responsible experience in building and mechanical equipment maintenance and repair; or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have a clear 39 month MVR record and must be able to present report at time of interview.
