Building Maintenance Engineer needed for onsite maintenance, oversite of day-to-day operations for commercial property located in Memphis, TN. This position would work directly with the Senior Property Manager, Chief Engineer, vendors and others.

Responsibilities

Respond to tenant inquiries regarding repairs/maintenance

Inspect properties on a regular basis and perform or schedule necessary maintenance/repairs

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Strong people skills

Minimum 2-3 years commercial property maintenance experience

Detailed-oriented with a notable focus on ensuring and maintaining accuracy in record-keeping

Self-motivated with excellent communication and time management skills needed for friendly, positive interaction with tenants, team members and vendors

Basic proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

Basic smart phone skills

Oversight of all contractors and subcontractors
