```Duties```
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment, including HVAC/R, boilers, and industrial electrical systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with building systems and equipment
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of systems
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
```Experience```
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Building Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of building systems
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
- Experience with HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and repairs
- Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and ability to perform basic electrical repairs
- Familiarity with stick welding for minor repairs
- Experience using precision measuring instruments for accurate diagnostics
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
