We are seeking hard working, self-motivated individuals with outstanding work ethic, an impeccable level of integrity, and a positive, can-do attitude, to build storage buildings from the ground up.

Critical Success Factors:

• Basic carpentry - preferred
• Competitive in nature and driven by results
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to lift heavy materials-position is very physically taxing and requires repetitive lifting without assistance.

Compensation: Pay dependent upon buildings produced

• Top producers avg. $90k-$100k per year--this is very achievable!
• Lower producers avg. $60k per year
• Flexible work schedule for those who meet/exceed their production quotas
• 401K with up to 5% company match after 6 months of employment
• Up to 4 weeks of paid and unpaid time off a year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

• Statesville, NC 28625: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
