```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. Your expertise in various carpentry techniques and your ability to lead a team will be essential in delivering high-quality results.
```Duties```
- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install materials according to specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other contractors to ensure project success
- Train and mentor junior carpenters
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as a Lead Carpenter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
- Proficient in construction painting, masonry, plumbing, stucco, siding installation, and other relevant carpentry skills
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in carpentry work
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with team members
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
