Budtender: Cannabis Retail

Our company is currently seeking an individual to fill a Budtender position. Candidates will be trained in all aspects of the business, including but not limited to: Customer Service, Cash Handling, Inventory Management and Security. The ideal candidate will possess superior communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with sales assistance.
• Meet customer needs and assist with purchases.
• Demonstrate knowledge of store policies and procedures.
• Follow sales techniques and adhere to time limits.
• Answer questions and help guide shoppers toward merchandise.
• Provide accurate change and speak courteously to customers.
• Inform customers of special promotions and sales.
• Answer questions about products, product availability, sales, or other store information.
• Examine products for damage or price changes.
• Verify prices and quantities on shelf tags.
• Ensure that the cash registers are totaling correctly.
• Have good attention to detail.
• Answer telephone calls in a timely manner.

MUST BE OVER 21 FOR THIS POSITION

Weekly day range:

• Weekend availability

***Work Location: Training will be done at our Parlier location until location opens (885 E Manning Parlier, CA 93648) Work location once store opens will be 313 E Yosemite in Madera

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.50 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Night shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Madera, CA 93638: Relocate before starting work (Required)
