We are seeking an experienced Budget Analyst. This position is responsible for overseeing and analyzing the organization's financial resources; creating and managing budgets; and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement budgets for the company's various programs and activities.
- Monitor and analyze financial data, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts for management.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and laws.
- Work closely with Program Managers to identify financial risks and opportunities.
- Provide advice and guidance on financial matters to management staff.
- Troubleshoot and identify improvements to accounting software & internal processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in financial analysis or budget management.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Minimum of two years supervisory experience.
