Summary:ServiceNet is an innovative mental health and human services agency that employs 1,600 staff members in more than 100 programs across western Massachusetts - all of whom are working together to help people live their lives to the fullest.
We are seeking an experienced Budget Analyst. This position is responsible for overseeing and analyzing the organization's financial resources; creating and managing budgets; and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement budgets for the company's various programs and activities.
• Monitor and analyze financial data, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts for management.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and laws.
• Work closely with Program Managers to identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Provide advice and guidance on financial matters to management staff.
• Troubleshoot and identify improvements to accounting software & internal processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in financial analysis or budget management.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience.
