The BSA Officer is responsible for coordinating the development, implementation and administration of all aspects of the company-wide BSA Compliance Program. This position monitors compliance with state and federal BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) laws and regulations.
- Equivalent to a college degree (BS or BA in a relevant field);
- Strong management experience required;
- Three to five years of compliance/regulatory experience in the financial services industry required;
- Experience with administering BSA/AML software or programs desired;
- Working knowledge of current industry laws, regulations, and procedures, including, but not limited to Banks Secrecy Act, AML, and OFAC.
