BSA Specialist/BSA Officer

Responsibilities:

• Monitor Bank's day-to-day compliance with the Bank's BSA, AML and OFAC Compliance Program
• Perform annual BSA risk assessments
• Ensure SARs/CTRs filed accurately and on a timely basis
• Retrieve/Review FinCEN 314(a) reports
• Perform BSA record keeping and reporting including required reviews, audits and monitoring as required under BSA rules and regulations
• Monitor bank transactions through BSA and fraud software tools.
• Assist with Check Fraud analysis and detection.

Skills:

• Banking knowledge including all Bank Secrecy Act rules and regulations
• Excel spreadsheet functionality
• Attention to details

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in accounting/finance or comparable banking experience
• BSA/AML certifications and experience is not required but recommended
• 3+ years experience in Bank Secrecy Act rules and regulations
