SalaryAlliance Homecare has an URGENT NEED for Certified Home Health Aides to work in Nassau County, NY.
We are currently trying to staff the following cases:
- Location: Levittown, NY
- Shift: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8am-4pm
Hours range from 8 hours per day to 12 hour shifts day and night.

Home Health Aides will provide the following tasks as indicated on the individualized plan of care:
- Perform home management tasks including housekeeping, laundry, shopping, and errands
- Prepare and serve simple modified diets according to instruction and assists with feeding
- Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming
- Assist with toileting including the use of bedpan, commode or toilet
- Assist with transfers and ambulation including use of cane, walker and wheelchair
- Assist with medication as specified on plan of care
- Provide routine skin care
- Measure and record vital signs as directed
- Observe and report all changes to RN
- Demonstrate competence in performing necessary skills
- Complete all other duties assigned within the HHA scope of practice
HHA Job Requirements:
- Must have an active New York State Home Health Aide Certificate
- Must have at least six months of HHA experience
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Fluency in English
