Certified Home Health Aide

Centers Choice is a private pay home care company that services the 5 Boroughs and Westchester County. We have shifts that range from a minimum of 2 hours to 24 hours. We also have live - in clients and we are looking for Home Health Aides who want to work for a company that values and supports their Caregivers.

Pay Rate

$19.50/hour for Hourly shift

$265/day for Live-In shift

$18.55/hour training

All Home Health Aide candidates MUST have the following:

• Valid {New York State} Home Health Aide Certificate
• Physical
• PPD/QuantiFERON
• Proof of MMR Immunization
• 2 References
• Drug Screen
