Job Description :

Required skillset:

1. Agile Scrum SDLC

2. Business Rules Analysis

3. Business Rules Testing

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business rules analysis and testing roles.

• Discuss with stakeholders on end-to-end business needs

• Possess strong Insurance or Financial Services domain knowledge

• Assist the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction

• Have good exposure to BRMS tools like ILOG JRules or ODM and Drools

• Actively participate in analysis/requirements gathering, defining project scope, liaison between business and systems communities.

• Analysis, design, implementation, integration and testing of IBM ODM or RedHat rules or ILOG Jrules Applications Support the product owner and provide education where needed.

• Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict

• Experience with successful Agile techniques

• Ability to work with and lead a team

• Ability to adapt to a changing environment

• Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
