Join our team as a Bridal Consultant in our exclusive Plus Size Bridal Salon, where we celebrate diversity and embrace the uniqueness of every bride. As a Bridal Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for our plus-size clientele as they embark on their journey to find the perfect wedding gown.

In addition, you will be asked to be a model for our wedding gowns, on Instagram and Tik Tok. So much fun!
Responsibilities:
1. **Client Consultation:** Provide personalized consultations to understand the preferences, style, and vision of brides, ensuring a tailored and inclusive shopping experience.
2. **Dress Selection:** Assist brides in selecting gowns from our diverse collection that cater specifically to plus-size figures, ensuring a wide range of styles and sizes are available.
3. **Fitting Expertise:** Offer expert guidance during fittings to address alterations and adjustments, ensuring each bride feels confident and comfortable in their chosen gown.
4. **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to brides, addressing concerns, and offering solutions to create a positive and memorable experience.
5. **Knowledge of Trends:** Stay abreast of bridal fashion trends, particularly those related to plus-size designs, to offer relevant and up-to-date advice to clients.
6. **Team Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with colleagues, seamstresses, and other staff members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.
7. **Body Positivity:** Promote body positivity and inclusivity within the salon, fostering an environment where all brides feel valued and beautiful.
8. **Appointment Management:** Efficiently manage appointments, ensuring each bride receives the attention and time needed to make informed decisions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail clothing or a related field.
- Sensitivity and understanding of the unique needs of plus-size brides.
- Ability to close a sale, and have had prior sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for fashion and bridal trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye For aesthetics.
