• Must possess the ability to maintain personal sales goals (daily, weekly and monthly)
• Ideal candidates must have an energetic attitude and bubbly personality.
• Must be able to work weekends and Holidays.
• In addition, possess exceptional customer focused sales skills and a passion for working with customers to ensure their perfect bridal experience.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all Winnie brides and represent the brand in a professional and consultative manner
• Consistently achieve individual and store sales goals (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Conduct daily customer calls to continue to develop rapport with prospective brides
• Build relationships with brides via consistent communication throughout the entire life of the event
• Participate and assist with organizing in-store events, bridal shows and promotions
• Follow up with brides to ensure satisfaction

Position offers Hourly Plus Commission on personal sales!
