Position Title: ALF RN Clinical Manager - Full Time (FT)

Reports to: Assisted Living Facility Administrator

What You Will Do
- Provides and performs oversight, delegation, and coordination of total nursing care with other nursing staff.
- Performs initial admission assessment, as well as PRN & annual assessments on all residents in an efficient and effective manner.
- Monitors & records residents physical & mental condition. Reports significant changes in resident conditions to the administrator, family/designe & physician. Completes initial, annual & change of condition assessments for residents at the request of the Administrator.
- Ensures follow through on medication change orders received from physician.
- Provides nursing care to residents including & not limited to the administration of medications & treatments, within the RN Scope of Practice as well as within the regulations for Assisted Living.
- Provides leadership, accepts responsibility for Direction & Monitoring of Medication Aide and Resident Assistants.
- Reviews Resident Service Plan to insure all needs are identified, services are complete & goals accomplished. Maintain accurate & complete documentation records of observations & cares.
What You Need
- Licensed RN in Nebraska
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Considerable initiative, judgement, and leadership skills
